Updating a SKY UX v4 project to SKY UX v5 made easy

SKY UX 5 was the first version of SKY UX released utilizing Angular's CLI and therefor had a number of changes. A tool has been provided in skyux-eject to help projects perform this migration. Some additional manual steps can be found in the repo's README.md. Once utilizing SKY UX 5 a project can update through the ng update command of the Angular CLI.
