Expected behavior

Alert banner color covers all of the contents when using flex. Works on Chrome and Firefox

Actual behavior

On IE 11, alert banner color does not cover all of the contents when using flex.

This may be an IE11 limitation. We fixed it temporarily by setting the width explicitly in the sky-alert-content div for this specific alert.
