Css styles for Sky Checkbox are not getting used in the compiled distributed package

None of the stylings on the Sky Checkbox work when using the sky checkbox from the node package. They do work when pulling down this repo and running the demo.

Hey Luis, I've seen the issue where the actual check character does not appear properly when checked when using the node package (and I have a pull request out to address that), but I do see the correct background color, hover, and border styles. Is this the problem you are seeing?

Hey Patrick, yeah the check character is missing, and also, when you disable the check box it does not have the proper styles (The box doesn't gray out)

Ah gotcha, I think I addressed the check character issue, I'll take a look at the disabled issue and make sure I got that one as well. Thanks @Blackbaud-LuisBello

Using sky-pages, we still have the problem of all font-awesome icons (in this case check) appearing as boxes so that may still affect you.
