The left border of the flyout is currently the same color as the top of the omnibar, and this makes it difficult to see that the flyout is layered on top of the omnibar. The left border should be changed to $sky-background-color-primary-dark to provide more contrast.

We need to do this. For some reason the current style is less contrasty than when I mocked it up in browser.
