Plots are awkward and cumbersome in dockerterm

Plotting in dockerterm doesn't really work - right now the only approach is to save the plot to the working directory and then view it using some utility on the host computer. Need to investigate if there's a way to render plots created in Docker in RStudio on the host. Saving plots to .html files and then rendering them in the viewer pane may be an option.
