Enhancement Request: Restrict recording meeting to host

consider allowing only the host to trigger the recording action/button. For all other meeting participants hide the recording button.

I suppose it is currently the case that only moderators can start/stop recordings - and there is a (system config) option to set whether normal users or only team admins in MM become moderators in BBB.

My theory would need to be double-checked though and maybe the docs (on the settings page) should include this.

I believe this issue should be closed, as @moschlar said, you can now have only meeting creator be moderator / recorder.
