Enable HTTPS on blinkenrocket.de

I noticed that blinkenrocket.de currently does not support HTTPS.

As the web editor is now processing sensitive data (email, password) and the fact that HTTPS should be enabled on all websites in 2019, please be so kind and enable it.

If I saw it correctly, the website is hosted using Github Pages so in order to enable HTTPS all that needs to be done is to check a little checkbox: Securing your GitHub Pages site with HTTPS.

FWIW: Yup, but it can't be enabled at the moment, probably due to blinkenrocket.de pointing to outdated GitHub IPs. So someone with DNS access needs to fix that first.

Enabling HTTPS is also mandatory to transform the editor into a progressive web app so one can use it offline when the workshop site has no interwebs!
