UI Recipe Enhancements

Recipes in the UI need some love. We should get a few low hanging items in to make the recipe experience better in the UI

• Add an "import from yaml" option to import recipes into the recipe manager
• Unify the "create recipe" flow from recipe manager to match the one from create recipe in chat (params and other features missing)
• Move the "Create/Edit Recipe" in chat out of the models bottom selector to somewhere more global (currently difficult to find) cc @spencrmartin for ideas that can be a quick win
• Unify scheduler recipe creation
• Add a save recipe and create new recipe buttons when editing a recipe so it doesn't create a new one every time
• Bring in all the missing recipe features that can be configured in the yaml but not available in the UI (need some design/ux thoughts here also)
• Unify recipe YAML format with cli and desktop recipe manager

Oh, this is nice. I think we can divide it into smaller sub-issues and tackle them, and I am happy to help with it, but I am not sure if the team decides to cover it in one go instead.

Stoked on this work - will note that we could/should also tackle a renewed home space when running a new recipe.

We're still leveraging some of the older styling within the home space. There is an opportunity to provide a bit more polish around these spaces

Ah the starting chat state when launching a recipe, yes pls feel free to attach some new designs for this if available and we can tackle it.

is it worth considering making the base64 format of URL retired in favour of a .goose file format which the desktop can pick up and open? (or maybe the current base64 is kept as backwards compatible but anything richer needs to be the file format?)

#4693 meets the goal of getting the create/edit recipe forms in sync and adds the missing form fields. Only task left with this specific discussion for a first pass of improvements is "Move the "Create/Edit Recipe" in chat out of the models bottom selector" which I will work on next. We'll follow up with a larger redesign after everything with recipes has been moved to the backend.
