builder.py doesn't properly handle sudo password with non-alphanumerics #218

When a user of builder.py is prompted for a sudo password, and the the user enters a sudo password with non-alphanumerics characters, builder.py does not handle/interpret it properly, which causes it to have problems calculating disk space usage properly.
