怎么动态给树控件的NODE下添加ITEM? #59

许多场景不能事先都把树控件的内容添加好，比如列举电脑上的所有文件夹，就不可能把文件夹列举完了之后再显示树控件，所以有两个问题：

怎么在没有给一个NODE添加ITEM的时候，显示NODE前面的EXPAND符号?
怎么响应EXPAND消息？以便让程序列举此NODE下面的子文件夹，并动态添加到这个NODE下？
