Great library, but it would be really nice to have formal releases on PyPI. Or barring that GitHub releases (i.e. tags).

https://pypi.org/project/timecop/0.1.0/ has no files

https://pypi.org/project/timecop/0.5.0dev/#files does have files

I believe 80d2c3e would be 0.5.0dev , at least based on the commit times.

Could you create a tag for it at https://github.com/bluekelp/pytimecop/releases

Actually fixing #3 and getting a new release out the door is probably a better idea.
