I can connnet bluetooth headphones as "headphones set", but it don't show as output device in sound settings. I can't bluetooth headphones as "audio mixer".

What versions of blueman, bluez, and pulseaudio are you using?

blueman 1.23, bluez 4.101, and pulseaudio 4.0 on Ubuntu 14.04

I think you're seeing #64. Try the utopic version.

too many staff to install, and i don't want to chage my os now

You shouldn't need to install anything else than the utopic's blueman package itself.
