Service broker can't delete service binding--bgd version makes a difference #84

I wanted to put this out there in case anyone runs across it.

When using an older version of the bgd plugin (v 1.3.0), I get the following error from a CF service broker:

Server error, status code: 502, error code: 10001, message: Service broker failed to delete service
binding for instance…

(The service is vault).

I don't get this error with the latest version of bgd (v 1.4.0).
