onReady hook lifetime

Hi,

I've got a couple of questions regarding onReady hook

Will command executed by onReady hook be terminated if path is updated and onReady hook is either changed to different command or empty string, the path source isn't changed?

If not, is there any way to trigger command termination without restarting the path?

To get the better idea, my goal is ffmpeg stream recording which is handled externally via API
