                COMMERCIAL LICENSE FRUITYMESH/BLUERANGE
                       VERSION 1.0, 01 Jan 2017

FruityMesh Firmware is dual-licensed under commercial and open source 
licenses. The commercial license of FruityMesh (termed “Bluerange”)  
gives you the full rights to create and distribute software on your 
own terms without any open source license obligations. With the 
commercial license you also have access to the official Bluerange 
Support and close strategic relationship with M-Way Solutions GmbH 
to make sure your development goals are met. 

FruityMesh Firmware is also available under a *modified* GPL v3 open 
source licenses. The modification is provided in the form of an exception.

The FruityMesh open source licensing is ideal for use cases such as 
open source projects with open source distribution, student/academic 
purposes, hobby projects, internal research projects without external 
distribution, or other projects where the GPLv3 obligations with the 
exception can be met.

NOTE: The modification to the GPL is included to allow you to distribute a
combined work that includes Nordic SDK without being obliged to provide the
source code for proprietary components outside of FruityMesh.
