32 bit windows build is broken

32 bit windows build creates an executable fine, but it has strange and inexplicable behavior. Some examples work, some don't, and when it doesn't work it usually is caused by a variable inexplicably changing to a random value as soon as it's used.

There might actually be an issue in Zig itself, however I have not been able to create a minimal reproduction case to submit an issue for them.
