Missing libiconv2.dll in the setup file version 0.6.0

Hi, my OS is Windows 7 x86_64, I have to use the libiconv2.dll at http://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuwin32/files/make/3.81/make-3.81-dep.zip to get the binaries working.

Please update this library in the setup packages.

The same situation under Windows 7, 32-bit.
First command that I try to start ('ls') report about missing libiconv2.dll.

At first, I thought it was just me, but it appears to be a common fault. vdchuyen's solution works fine though.

Ah, I see. I had it in my PATH in a different directory so I never saw this error. I'll make a corrective build.
