node_modules folder is not excluded, and it keeps scanning the PHP files in the extension. This issues started a while ago, half a year maybe, not sure if is a extension bug or VS Code.

See the Problems tab. It happens randomly or after a while.
Expected behavior
It should not scan the extension files.
