Allow multiple properties to be passed to the --rule-list-split option.

Example (from here): --rule-list-split meta.deprecated,meta.docs.category which would show the sub-list of deprecated rules at the bottom and then show all the category sub-lists above.

#294 might be an alternative way to solve this.
