Can't install pipreqs

While attempting to install pipreqs via:

pip install pipreqs

Getting the following error:

The issue is not reproducible with Python3.11.5.
For better clarity, provide information about your OS as well.

Meanwhile, Can you check with updating your setuptools with pip install -U setuptools?
