Diagnostics for untitled files don't work

If you create a new, unsaved file, and add some code to it, it generally will not produce any diagnostic errors. It will, depending on what happens, sometimes produce diagnostics for missing tags. If that happens, then the diagnostic will never disappear, even after you close the untitled file without saving it.
