Black screen after exiting to title in Tomb Raider with Voodoo

After new game is started and "Exit to Title" is selected, black screen appears and logs started to be flooded with messages
[VOODOO] current guest pixel format is unsupported on indexed colour host displays

This problem does not appear with Demo version, so it is specific to used 3dfx patch.
