Can't capture mouse cursor when Bochs window is partially hidden #341

If I move Bochs window mostly off screen, capturing mouse with Ctrl+middle mouse button becomes impossible:
Host OS cursor disappear, but control over guest OS cursor is not gained.

Here is example when I moved window to the left:
bochs_mouse_hidden

Host OS: Windows 7 SP1 x64
Version: 0138ad4
