TOC for all test classes

Feature request:

When there are multiple test classes run with Yatspec, it would be great if Yatspec would generate a table of contents in a separate HTML file for all of the classes.

Specifically,

• The items in the TOC would of course be links to specific HTML output files.
• The items in the TOC could be colored according to test results of the class in question (i.e. red if any test failed, green if all passed).

This looks like a basic feature, I apologize if its already included and I didn't notice how it is used.
