Build is failing

When updating pip, we get

Could not find any downloads that satisfy the requirement pip in /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages

Any workaround is welcome.

Given python 2 is dead (R.I.P.), I am trying to change your Dockerfile to run with Python 3. Not sure if I will be successful.

I managed a build. Will test tomorrow, and share.

Managed to run it, with loris 3.2.1. Still not working perfectly. I will share my changes as soon as I have an acceptable outcome.
