Unclear documentation - How to activate it?

It's not clear from the documentation how to activate and use this.

I want it to you know ... do it's thing. Make the bucket.

C'mon do something.

Does it happen automagically when I run some special command? If so what?

I'm trying to run terraspace state push stack state.tfstate and it's complaining that there's no bucket. Yes I know there's no bucket Terraspace, that's your job! Isn't it?

So yes, docs are troublingly vague on this issue.
