fix(tooltip, popover): hide trigger element title attribute during show delay (fixes #4114)

Describe the PR

When a long show delay was used, the original trigger element title attribute was not hidden until the tooltip or popover was actually shown, causing the browser native title tooltip to show temporarily.

This PR hides the trigger element title attribute at the beginning of the show delay.
