validate-borgmatic-config and upgrade-borgmatic-config as well.

borgmatic 1.7.5 removed upgrade-borgmatic-config.

validate-borgmatic-config and upgrade-borgmatic-config as well.

borgmatic 1.7.5 deprecated these and the replacement is borgmatic config {validate,generate}.
