Now paths for Instrumenter are relative to process.cwd(): https://github.com/bem/borschik-tech-istanbul/blob/master/index.js#L16.

ENB have dir option, that may differ from process.cwd.

This option is required for correct calculation code coverage in the enb-bem-specs package: enb/enb-bem-specs#29
