[BUG] Unknown key 'wsl2.pageReporting'

Current Behavior

App have a global config about .wslconfig, there is a PageReporting option.
If set it to true, there is a warning: Unknown key 'wsl2.pageReporting' when wsl startup.

Expected Behavior

WSL startup with no warning

Steps To Reproduce

1. set PageReporting to true in app.
2. open WSL in terminal

Environment

- Windows Version: WINDOWS11 23H2
- WSL Distro Manager Version: Ubuntu 20.04
- WSL Version: 2.0.7.0

Anything else?

the release notes of 1.1.7 says "Removes wsl2.pageReportingOrder option from %userprofile%\.wslconfig"
