What I'd like:
I'd like to be able to use kube-proxy built from the same kubernetes sources as kubelet.

This should be as simple as issuing an additional build command in the kubernetes-* packages here:

make WHAT="cmd/kube-proxy"

And then packaging these into their own RPM. I'd taken a stab at this, but struggled to get the FIPS check to pass, so there may be a bit more to it.
