Vendor different compiled versions of the amazon-ssm-agent

What I'd like:

Currently, Bottlerocket only vends a statically-linked version of the amazon-ssm-agent.

Ideally, it would have a version of the agent that is statically-linked and another that is dynamically-linked (with a configurable dependency on bash) in separate subpackages so that we can choose the version we want to build for the AMI.
