What I'd like:
IPv6 support for Bottlerocket aws-k8s-* nodes.

Once EKS fully supports IPv6 (being tracked in aws/containers-roadmap#835), Bottlerocket (specifically, pluto) needs to be able to determine whether the cluster's IP address family is IPv6 or IPv4 and dynamically set settings.kubernetes.node-ip and settings.kubernetes.cluster-dns-ip accordingly.

Any alternatives you've considered:
