A Perl rewrite

I know that this topic was off hands a while ago,
but I began learning about and writing in Perl 5 recently.
And I noticed, that it would be much easier to implement
p in Perl than in Python, and thus tried that out.
The bare minimum of p, I rewrote in the https://github.com/boxed/p/tree/Rewrite_in_Perl_5 branch.
Take a look, it is much shorter than p would be in Python at that stage,
perhaps we can move much faster with Perl than Python.
