Is it possible to specify a plugin version? I'm trying to configure boxen to mimic:

vagrant plugin install vagrant-berkshelf --plugin-version '>= 2.0.1'

Hi @samdengler!
There's no support for installing a specific version of a plugin. Labelling this as an Enchantment if someone is interested in added support.
