Flow simulators make transmissibility independent of the fluid viscosity by including it as a term in the uom, eg: m3.cP/(kPa.d). The nearest uom in the Energistics list does not contain a viscosity term, eg. m3/(kPa.d).
Resqpy currently generates a uom of the first form when calculating transmissibility properties. The new, stricter, weights_and_measures module will presumably reject such a uom.
The ideal resolution of this would be for Energistics to include the viscosity term in the uoms intended for transmissibility, to align with flow simulators. (The Energistics data does include a definition of transmissibility which seems to align with the flow simulators: "Volumetric flux per unit area per unit pressure drop for unit viscosity fluid")
