Drag-and-drop a file with a double-quote char in its name won't open it in Brackets.

1. Launch Brackets.
2. Drag a file with double-quote in its name (eg. my"file.js) and drop it inside Brackets window.

Result: The file is not open in Brackets.

Confirmed still reproducible in Sprint 37 on Mac OSX. (btw, on Windows, the double-quote character is not for use in filenames.)

I am new to open source development and node.js. I am starting off with starter and low priority bugs to familiarize myself with the codebase.
