Originally opened as adobe/brackets#3521

  1. Set cursor in "background" property and press Ctrl+K to invoke Quick Doc.
  2. Click on any hyperlink in the Quick Doc.

Result: Nothing happens.

Same for "list-style", "transition-delay", "vertical-align" and "border" properties.

These all have the same cause as #3502 -- the <b> tag inside the link. Closing.
