Originally opened as adobe/brackets#4429

  1. Select multiple text files in Finder and drag them onto Brackets - all are added to working set, last one is left open
  2. Drag the same files onto Brackets again

Actual result: You see the title bar flicker briefly as Brackets switches to each of the existing open files in order.
Expected result: Just switch to the last one.
