Originally opened as adobe/brackets#7617

This changed some locale names (often just upper/lowercase changes):

  • cs: Česky -> čeština [Wikipedia]: kvarel, martinstarman
  • es: Español -> español [Wikipedia]: TomMalbran
  • fr: Français -> français [Wikipedia]
  • hr: Hrvatski -> hrvatski [Wikipedia]: diomed
  • id: Indonesia -> Bahasa Indonesia [Wikipedia]: pace-noge
  • fa-ir: Persian-فارسی -> فارسی [Wikipedia]: mohammadyaghobi
  • pt-br: Português do Brasil -> português (Brasil) [Wikipedia]: Rynaro
  • pt-pt: Português -> português (Portugal) [Wikipedia]
  • ro: Română -> română [Wikipedia]: micnic
  • sk: Slovenský -> slovenčina [Wikipedia]: erichstark
  • sr: српски -> Српски [Wikipedia]
  • sv: Svenska -> svenska [Wikipedia]: mikaeljorhult
  • hu: Magyar -> magyar [Wikipedia]: rigor789

I've looked the language names up here and confirmed them using Wikipedia.

MarcelGerber included the following code: https://github.com/adobe/brackets/pull/7617/commits

Oops, I guess this would have been a more useful place for me to post this question/comment: adobe/brackets#7593 (comment)

Since now the language names are on their own language, I see no point in placing it at the top of the list. Is easy to just find it again even after switching to a language you know nothing about, and you can still go back to the first language in the list that should be one that you are familiar with.

@SAPlayer Since we have English (US), should it be português (BR) and português (PT)?

@SAPlayer Great. Should we start sorting English (US) instead of appending it?

@TomMalbran Done, even while it's not the main target of this PR.

@SAPlayer Thanks. I know, but is kind of a continuation of your previous PR, and was an easy enough fix to add it here.
