Originally opened as adobe/brackets#7715

What? Why?

Within DE translations:

  • Move around sections of translations to match roots/scripts.js
  • Add in missing translations from root (Find in selected file/folder)

How was it tested?

  • Visually by toggling language to Deutsch and viewing the updated changes
