Meaning of colors in HTML source file

Hello,
Just started using brackets and am loving it.
First, is there a user manual? Where can I download it?
Second. I am hand-coding HTML with CSS and love the function where if you click on an opening tag, e.g. , it highlights the closing tag (e.b. )

However, when I click on some opening tags, the closing tag isn't shown. Also, I noticed various colors being used. Seems like orange for literal parameters, blue for tags, black for text, purple for keywords. Where are these defined (just so I know what to look for, not needing to change them).
