Augment ridings with StatsCan data

A compromise could be to link to only the most recent census data and only one of the pages (e.g. http://www12.statcan.ca/census-recensement/2016/dp-pd/prof/details/page.cfm?Lang=E&Geo1=FED&Code1=59039&Geo2=PR&Code2=59&Data=Count&SearchText=vancouver%20quadra&SearchType=Begins&SearchPR=01&B1=All&TABID=1), but I'm not sure how satisfying that would be.
