Running grpc-tools in docker containers

I recently used grpc-dump at work and found it super helpful! Thank you for the great tool. 🥇

Would you be open to a PR to help get a docker container up and running with grpc-tools, pushed out to Dockerhub? I wrapped it in a bit of a quick local docker container for the work task, but I'd like to revisit it on my own when I have time to contribute back.

I don't think I'd have time for a few weeks, but didn't want to forget the idea.
