Add a way to keep track of citing papers automatically #13

One possible way: write a brief white paper and post to arxiv. We can use that as the document people should cite (a la caf). We can use Google Scholar to track those citations. |
As far as I know, Google Scholar only looks at actual citations. I think we should aim for acknowledgments as well, and perhaps even footnotes and other references. |
Ah, I see. I don't have a good answer for that! Maybe ask that people email us... :) |
