Alternate code version of the Real-time Attention Study
- A verified port of the Matlab version of rtAttenPenn (the real-time attention fMRI study) to Python. Verified meaning we reran previous data through both systems and validated they produce identical results
- Cloudification of the project - ability to run real-time analysis in the cloud
- Can run model training and classification in the cloud
- In addition can run study control in the cloud
- Can provide subject feedback from the cloud in a web browser
- Adds a webpage front-end to configure and control sessions and runs, giving experimenters an alternative to the command line interface
- Uses a fileWatcher to watch for and read Dicom files to the cloud for processing
