can't save new files with nginx syntax set #22

Hello, on

ST3 build 3211
macOS 10.15.6 (19G2021)
nginx plugin v2020.08.20.02.05.17

When I paste from nginx config into a new file and try to save, I get a rainbow wheel for a few seconds and then this alert dialog:

Easy workaround is to set syntax to plaintext and then the save dialog will open. Saving existing files in place works fine, too.
