Keeps loading old version of html file when pressing serve button top right

It's also not always updating when changes made to file even after stop serving. I know it's an old file that keeps getting sent to PHP serve because it had a bug that goes into a loop trying to load an old resource in a faulty function. Relaunched VS and hoping this problem goes away.
