Description

It would be a good option for mobile users to add their desired search engine. If the addition of a custom search engine is not possible then it would be great if Presearch(https://www.presearch.org) is added.

Additional information

As seen in #3316 there was a cleanup of search engines in the desktop version of brave but there seems to be no option to add the custom search engine as seen in the desktop version.

Android supports opensearch so if you visit your desired search engine and perform a search then it should be listed under the custom searches. This is an easy way to add a custom search engine

instead go to https://engine.presearch.org and do one search. After that, "opensearch" detects it and the option should be visible and you'll be able to select it as default search engine.

Why isn't there ability to just add a dang search engine? Not very open, user friendly, and non totalitarian.... These or gtfo? So confused lol.
