Brave not launching upon normal windows startup

Description

Whenever I shutdown my computer and reboot it next time, Brave doesnt launch. Nothing happens when I click on brave icon. For Brave to work, I have to "restart" the windows and then only it works.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Shutdown Computer normally.
2. Reboot the computer normally.
3. Click on Brave Icon on desktop.

Actual result:

Nothing Happens

Expected result:

Brave should launch

Reproduces how often:

Every time I shutdown my computer

Brave version (brave://version info)

Brave	1.24.85 Chromium: 90.0.4430.212 (Official Build) (64-bit)
